1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the QueryTrim Shopify app, we collect the following information:

• Shop Information: Your shop domain (.myshopify.com) to identify your account and track your usage limits (Free vs Pro).
• App Usage Data: We log when you use the app to analyze or trim a GraphQL query to enforce daily limits. We temporarily process the queries you submit to calculate complexity, but we DO NOT store your raw GraphQL queries or your shop's private schema data on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the QueryTrim service.
• Enforce pricing tier limits (e.g., daily analysis limits).
• Respond to support requests.

3. Data Retention and GDPR Compliance

We do not store personally identifiable customer data (PII). We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• customers/data_request: We do not store customer data, so there is nothing to return.
• customers/redact: We do not store customer data, so there is nothing to delete.
• shop/redact: If you uninstall the app, we will delete your shop's usage records from our database within 48 hours.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. The app is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which acts as our secure infrastructure provider.
